Hello—I’m Katrina. I help clients on the New Hampshire Seacoast (and across New England) relax deeply, sleep better, and feel more balanced through restorative sound bath therapy.
Katrina’s Journey into Sound Therapy
My passion for holistic health led me to sound therapy—an approach that supports the whole person. I’m a certified Holistic Health Coach (AADP) and a certified fitness professional, with additional functional medicine education from the Kharrazian Institute. This blend of training allows me to integrate soothing sound work with a practical, evidence-informed wellness lens.
I’ve collaborated with leading health organizations, including Apex Energetics and Designs for Health. These experiences shape how I structure sessions: calm, methodical, and tuned to your unique needs—so you can release stress, soften tension, and feel safely supported throughout.

What a Session Feels Like
We’ll begin with grounding and intention-setting, then you’ll rest comfortably while I create a layered soundscape with crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. There’s time to integrate and reflect at the end. Wear soft clothing without zippers or noisy accessories. Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes.
